HAORI is mid-length loose jacket that serve as a
coat to be worn over a kimono. Haori are traditional Japanese clothes which
were worn by men as a component of the formal attire. All kimono jackets are
hand sewn and "one of a kind". Haori can be used as a garment or an unique interior
decor to brighten up the corner of your home.
This is black formal heavy silk haori jacket with five samurai
family Takanoha mon or crest and with bluish
gray silk lining artistically hand painted and partly gilded.
You can see on the lining romantic mountain's landscape with golden mist
rising on, fishing
boat, small bridge and houses among pine trees..
Japanese poem is writing on the haori lining. Excellent condition
(like new) with
no damage but with real artistic taste.
