Japanese Antique doll of Warrior Lord Nobunaga, 1920's
Unique finely modeled
Japanese antique doll
of Nobunaga, sitting with military command baton seihai
and with tachi sword behind his obi belt.
His rich silk brocade upper kimono and hakama are
rendered with traditional floral motif. And his numerous
under kimonos are white silk. He has an armor leg's protection
hikizuri.
The doll was made by the Maruhei , famous Japanese
doll artist from Kyoto (late Taisho period about
1920's).
Highly collectible item of Japanese art!
Dimensions: 33 cm /12,9 inches high
Condition: The doll is in excellent condition according
to age and with wonderful antique taste.
