OG-173 Japanese antique Maiko doll sitting with parasol, 1920-30's

Rare Japanese antique doll of Maiko ( apprentice geisha)  represents young woman in wonderfully hand-painted kinsha silk kimono with very long sleeves and long silk brocaded obi belt tied in style of Maiko. She is sitting with silk parasol in her hands..
The artist has depicted her in the moment  when she started to stand up, so  that one of her knee is in a higher position than the other.
This wonderful doll crafted about 1920's in Kyoto, ensuring the finest quality and craftsmanship. Lovely face, graceful pose, perfectly painted silk kimono make this doll a highly collectible item.

Dimension: 26 cm in height / 10.2 "

Condition: the doll is in very good condition according to age.
On the doll's forehead part insidious damaged painting,and her silk parasol was damaged (parasol can be changed for new one for additional US$ 30.00 )
