Finely modeled  Japanese antique carved doll of a samurai on duty guarding the castle. Samurai warrior is wearing with armor
and a jimbaori camp jacket over his armor. His head is covered with courtier's golden hat.
The man stands between two metal lamps on tripods and hold a spear in his hand.  His feet are shod in braided sandals - waraji. Samurai warrior is guarding one of the castle gates.
Highly collectible item of Japanese art!

Dimensions: 36,0 cm / 14,2 inches high
Condition: The doll is in very good condition according to it age with some shabby and little tear and wear clothes. However doll has real antique taste of genuine art.
