Absolutely rare wonderful antique Japanese wooden carved and hand painted cabinet with 8 compartments and one locker door. The door artistically hand painted and gilded with samurai gears: war helmet kabuto, iron fan tessen, commander's rod seihai and also old Japanese silver coins.  The boxes on a left side of cabinet hand painted with birds and branches motif as well as upper box hand painted with flowers, folding fan and teapot motif. Bronze handles and decoration.
Wonderful piece of Japanese art and highly collectible item.

Meiji period
Excellent condition according to age with no damage.
